the apartment was lovely with a beautiful view short walk to ferry, and highlights. they were very very helpful, and we had a relaxing stay in the winter time. its location was beautiful and lovely, 1 km from raymond island.

The management and staff were amicable. The location was stunning and lovely, really close to all shops, restaurants, Paynesville, and the local pub.

The apartment facing the waterfront. Quiet location. Very spacious apartment. Plenty of facilities on offer at the resort. Staff were excellent in helping us with places to visit in the area.

Going up and down stairs. We did request a ground floor appartment. However none was available.

The apartment offers lovely rooms with all the necessary equipment, including 2 queen beds.- The views right on the water are amazing, especially during sunsets.- The location of the apartment is marvelous on the Paynesville canal, making it enjoyable to walk around the area.

The apartment had a modern feel, spacious rooms, and plenty of storage. the friendly staff provided all the amenities we needed and the apartment was extremely clean. We enjoyed activities like using the tennis court, boat docks, bikes, and canoes. Perfect for a weekend getaway or short stay with another couple.

The reasonably spacious apartment is just next door to activities to do and the Raymond Island ferry. The well-appointed rooms with twin beds offer amazing views right on the water, leading to some unforgettable sunsets. The resort has an awesome and super location, providing easy access to everything Paynesville has to offer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this waterfront apartment. The location was perfect, with beautiful river inlets and stunning scenery to explore. It was great to have access to facilities like the swimming pool and tennis court, which kept the kids entertained. The option to go kayaking and biking around the coastal town was a bonus. Additionally, being able to fish off our own jetty was a memorable experience.

The bed in one of the downstairs units was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The lack of hot water in the shower was also a letdown.
